“Andrew was great to work with. He sent shipping materials quickly. After receipt of our machines, he was able to send us a great analysis of our troubled machines with a quote for repair for both machines with a detailed breakdown of work to do. He answers his phone when we call. We had very good communication through the repair process.”
“Creative Business Interiors has been partnering with R E Whittaker for over eight years. We have several cleaning machines from Whittaker. They are always helpful with any parts needed and act as a great support for our cleaning services group.”
“All I can say is WOW! Thank you Gionna and Lisa so much for helping me with this shipment. The boxes came in almost brand new condition and in 4 days 4 hours using your direct shipment idea. The labels indicating who my broker was helpful as well, I can’t wait to try this with parts.”
“Thanks for taking such care in your packaging! I pulled out the system this evening to get out salt stains and within 30 seconds they were gone. This product is amazing!”
“You always assist me in a timely manner, very pleasant to work with, and I never feel like I am just another customer. I never have any problem working with you and R.E. Whittaker Co. Looking forward to working more with you.”
“In August 2022, I bought a Whittaker 20-inch CRB and I’m convinced it’s the best on the market! My customers are blown away by its performance, especially when they have pets. It’s crazy how much hair it collects. Customer will vacuum b4 I come. I still find hair and other stuff in the carpet. I clean my machine after every job, which is super important. I spray water on the undercarriage and on top and side and wipe them down in 15 seconds to get ready for the next job. I also take the brushes off after each use. I reached out to Whittaker to ask about getting my CRB serviced. Andrew was amazing to deal with. He’s honest and straight up about what needs to be done to keep my machine running. I can easily see myself chatting with him for hours. Every year, I’ll have my machine serviced, and I only want Andrew to work on it. Thank you Whittaker Team!!”
