CRYSTAL DRY® PROTECT
CRYSTAL DRY® PROTECT is formulated using Whittakers innovative CRYSTAL DRY® EXTRA formula that pioneered the encapsulation market and is your routine maintenance chemistry to be used on a daily/weekly basis in your light to medium soiled spaces. Designed to clean and keep carpet looking its best between deep cleaning intervals, without overwetting, without residue, and without taking a space out of service to do it.
CRYSTAL DRY® PROTECT works utilizing Whittakers proprietary 1 step encapsulation technology combined with CRYSTAL® STAIN BLOCK to combat stains during maintenance cleans. As it dries, crystallizing polymers surround soil particles in the carpet fiber, including oily soils that vacuuming alone cannot remove. While acid dye site blockers target undyed sections of fibers that are naturally occuring during the manufacturing process filling them temporarily to prevent stains and other colors from organic stains binding to the carpet after the application allowing for easier removal during daily spotting or your next scheduled maintenance clean. The crystallized soil releases cleanly during your next vacuum pass instead of grinding deeper into the fiber and causing premature wear. Drying in approximately 30 minutes. Cleaning happens during the day and fits into your teams schedule.

When to Use
CRYSTAL DRY® PROTECT is your everyday maintenance chemistry when needing stain blocking power. Use it on a regular schedule in frequented areas and regularly used spaces. These are Light and Medium-traffic areas needing to be cleaned on a regularly scheduled basis; Daily/Weekly and in some scenarios Bi-Weekly, to maximize the lifespan of the carpet and prevent damage. Low-traffic areas monthly.
When tackling high traffic areas with accumulated deeper buildup or you are taking over a neglected account, reach for CRYSTAL® QUICK RESTORE to reset before returning to your CRYSTAL DRY® EXTRA maintenance schedule.
For spots and stains that appear between scheduled cleans, reach for CRYSTAL SPOTTER® first. Note that spotters are not used in the machine — they are applied directly to the affected area.
