Smart Care® TRIO 12 Inch Commercial Carpet Cleaning Machine

Best Suited For

• Hotel rooms, guest suites, and other tight-footprint hospitality spaces
• Small offices, reception areas, and individual workspaces
• Residential-scale rooms and apartments
• Detail work in corners, under furniture, or other obstructed areas
• Facilities where maneuverability matters more than raw coverage speed

The Smart Care® TRIO 12 Inch is built for the spaces that larger machines cannot reach. Three proprietary, counter-rotating brushes agitate and lift carpet pile while loosening deeply embedded soil simultaneously. This design enables the front outer brush to clean right up to the baseboard where other systems cannot reach. The center brush kicks shedding, hair, and loose soils into the onboard rear collection tray as it cleans, recovering embedded debris that other systems leave behind in the fiber. The result is a true one-step encapsulation process that saves time without sacrificing results.

The 2-gallon onboard sprayer applies chemistry consistently with every pass. No pre-spray or separate application step. Carpets dry in approximately 30 minutes, which means cleaning can happen during business hours in occupied spaces on a schedule.

This system ships with everything needed to run a proper maintenance program with your purchase, including Whittaker's industry leading encapsulation chemistry and specialty spotters formulated with the highest grade raw materials, which means consistent results and designed to be used together for all your carpet care needs in one package.
