Progenta Project Services, a floor and upholstery service provider based in the Netherlands, has more than 30 years of experience maintaining floors in places like commercial offices, healthcare facilities, and government-operated buildings. Today, the company runs approximately 20 Smart Care® TRIO machines and the full CRYSTAL® Chemistry across customer sites throughout Europe. While Progenta provides periodic carpet maintenance for most customers, typically 3-4 times per year per location, the machines are used daily across the full customer portfolio.
