As a customer of R.E. Whittaker Company, you can expect nothing but the best service. Our full-time expert repair team is fast, thorough, and delivers the high quality results you deserve.

Machines and equipment may be returned to the factory for refurbishing, preventative maintenance or general repair work.

We stock all spare parts in our warehouse so that repairs can be completed quickly and shipped back to you immediately.

Our Service Department will contact you to provide an estimate prior to any work being performed. A minimum diagnostic charge will apply if no work is performed.

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround. Work is generally completed within 24 hours after approval of estimate.

How to Obtain Service:

  • Call or email to notify the Service Department of your need for service.
  • Pack the machine in heavy corrugated cardboard, using bubblewrap for padding. Please do not use packing peanuts or shredded paper.
  • Insure the machine for actual cost when shipping.
