Machines and equipment may be shipped back to the factory for refurbishing, preventative maintenance, or general repair work.
We stock all spare parts in our warehouse so that repairs can be completed quickly and shipped back to you immediately.
Our Service Department will contact you to provide an estimate before any work is performed. A minimum diagnostic charge will apply if no work is performed.
We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround. Work is generally completed within 24-48 hours after approval of estimate and then shipped back to the customer.

How to Obtain Service
Call or email to notify the Service Department of your need for service.
Pack the machine in heavy corrugated cardboard, using bubble wrap for padding. Please do not use packing peanuts or shredded paper.
Purchase insurance for the actual cost of the machine when shipping.
